Shipment and delivery

Your orders will be shipped as fast as possible by Covet Chic.

To fasten logistics, it may happen that your order of several articles is split in different packages or that the shipping takes more time on account of pre order products directly by the designer. In this case, you will be informed accordingly.

The average delay before a product is dispatched is indicated on each product page. For specific orders, the shipping time will be confirmed by Covet Chic or the designer.


France

Covet Chic delivers orders in France and to more than 50 countries worldwide. The delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica) is handled by the quick and reliable Colissimo service of La Poste. The order will be delivered directly to your home or workplace, and for convenience, deposit at your nearest post office if you are away.


Worldwide

Worldwide delivery is handled by one of the global logistic leader, DHL. Delivery will normally be made within 24 to 72 hours according to the countries. If you are absent at the time of delivery, DHL will revert again on the next day. If you are absent again, the parcel will be re-delivered to our office in Paris. The shipment by DHL is charged and the cost varies depending on the types of article and the country of destination.
To lower shipping costs, a second option is proposed with International Colissimo: shipment time will be longer but the price is more affordable.


In both cases, you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery online. In order to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you present an address where you will be present during working hours (e.g. your office), or you can provide address of someone who can receive the parcel for you (e.g. your concierge).

Return and exchanges

The item that you ordered is not the right size, or it doesn't fit you ?

Do not worry, you can return it within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded promptly.

If you would like to return an item, you may login to your account, click on the relevant order, then click on the link “Return an item of this order”. You may then follow the instruction to complete the procedures of the return.

The returning items should be in good conditions, be put in their original packaging and sent back in a proper package. There must not be any traces of use and be accompanied by all their possible accessories. Only after we have verified the items are in satisfactory conditions, then we will proceed to the reimbursement of the items.
